CONTINUOUS AWARDS CEREMONIES THROUGHOUT MORNING:

Coaches or authorized Team Representatives can pick up medals as event results are finalized.
Medals must be signed for by Coach or authorized Team Rep.
We will have an Awards Presentation area on site and a local dignitary to present medals.
Pick up and presentation can be done at any time during the day.
 

BOAT  TRAILERS:

Trailers can be dropped off Saturday any time after 2 pm.

Due to limited space on Fishermans Island, it is important for planning purposes for us to know what size trailer you plan to bring, approx how many shells, and when you plan to arrive.

If you plan to car top your shells, please advise as well.
 

OVERNIGHT  SECURITY:

Sarasota County is providing nighttime security at Fisherman's Island from 6p on Sat until the regatta begins.
 

SPECTATOR  VIEWING  ON  COURSE:

We will again be offering rides on several spectator vessels at no charge.    These boats will take spectators out onto the course for a rower's eye view of the race.   Last year, this was one of the most popular parts of our regatta.   Sign up on regatta day.
