Wichita State University : Heskett Center 

• All teams may stay in Wichita State University's Recreation Center for $8/person. (Heskett Center).
• Teams that choose to stay in the Heskett Center must notify [email protected] of the number that will be staying in the gym by regatta registration deadline. 
• All teams must check in at the Heskett front desk upon arrival.
• The main entrance/exit doors are the only ones available for use during your stay in the facility unless you are asked to exit during an emergency. The entrance doors will be locked around 10 p.m. Doors will be unlocked at 5 a.m. 
• No activity equipment will be available during your stay.
• Teams are welcome to check into the facility and set up the rooms they will be staying in after 4:15 p.m. and set up the rooms they will be staying in after 7 p.m.
• Locker room showers will be available but there will be no towel service
• Each person will need to bring their own bedding items
• Some rooms have light switches which require a special key. These rooms will go dark at 10:30 unless special arrangements are made. Many rooms have safety switches which will not turn off.
• Groups will be assigned to rooms based on the size of the group
• Everyone must be out of the facility by 6:30 a.m.
• Please be aware that your conduct and treatment of the facility has an impact on the availability of this facility for athlete lodging. Misconduct or abuse of the facility will result in a loss of the facility for future regattas. 
• Please respect the facility and leave it in the same condition as it was found. This includes picking up all accumulated trash.
• Any individual behaving in a manner that is deemed unacceptable by the overnight supervisor could be asked to leave if the behavior is not corrected. This would result in the team's loss to the right to stay in the facility and all members would be asked to leave.
