In addition to the entry fees, a $7 volunteer fee is charged to each athlete. The total collected from this fee will be divided among clubs who provide volunteers to work at the regatta. Each organization is required to provide the number of volunteers listed on the table below to assist with the regatta on Friday morning (7:00am-12:00pm). Additional volunteers are also needed, but it is critical that these positions be filled.  Please have your designated number of volunteers go to and sign up for open positions on Friday morning http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0e4eaca92fab9-20151.  Crews that do not provide volunteers or if those volunteers fail to show up for their allotted time may be excluded from racing at the discretion of the USRowing NW Regional Coordinator, James Rawson.
