Lake Stevens Rowing Club Regatta Refund Policy

At our regattas, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the following refund policy will apply:

1. Weather-Related Course Adjustments
   In the case of unsafe weather conditions, we will prioritize safety while still attempting to proceed with the regatta. If weather conditions do not allow for the full 1000m course, we will make every effort to reduce the race distance to 500m.
    
2. Event Cancellation or Partial Cancellation
   In the event of extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel an event, part of a day, or a full day of races. While we will do our best to adjust the schedule, the following refund policy will apply:
    
   • If the event, part of a day, or a full day is canceled, we guarantee a refund of at least 25% of the registration fees paid. This allows us to cover permitting costs and other expenses that we accrue in the lead-up to our regattas. More may be refunded if we are able to cover our costs.
