Please share this with all team members, parents, boards & anyone coming to the regatta.
Please use this registration to pre-purchase your parking pass before the regatta (1-2 weeks before). This includes ALL athletes, coaches, busses, trailer drivers, support staff, parents, friends, & family members.
Use the link to purchase your parking ticket. Please show the receipt at the gate when you check -in on the event day with the CC used to buy the ticket.
Ticket valid for one car access on the day of the event. Please add the Vehicle Color, Model, and Make in the check-out notes. In-person ticket purchases will show an increase in the rate.

TRAINING HOURS:
- The training hours will be Friday, April 5th, between 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
- After this time, nobody can be in the water for security reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS
Medals:
- Medals will be awarded to the top three by heat.
- There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.

- DRONES ARE NOT ALLOWED
- BARBECUE ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT EXEMPTION OR ANYTHING THAT USE GAS PROPANE

WEATHER SITUATION:
Miami Rowing Club and water sports center are to provide a safe, fair, and fun day of racing for all teams. If the weather is unfavorable, all teams should be flexible and prepared to act quickly to get rowers, coaches, & spectators to safety.
Communication
All lead coaches from participating teams will receive weather communication updates via Regatta Central, Email, and loudspeaker/megaphone announcements. If necessary, crews will be called/texted individually.
Team Responsibility
All teams should provide individual vehicles and buses on-site for rowers to evacuate the course if needed.
Weather Predictions Before the Event
- The weather forecast for the event date will be monitored leading up to the event. The event will be canceled if the forecast predicts unfavorable conditions for the entire day.
- If the forecast predicts unfavorable conditions for a portion of the day, the schedule will be adjusted and either delayed or shortened to avoid foul weather.
- If the wind is forecasted to be unfavorable for the course direction, the course may be flipped and shortened to allow racing.
- If racing is delayed, the Regatta Director and Chief Referee will determine and agree that the event can proceed safely, and the event will proceed as planned. The final call rests with the Regatta Director.
- All races will not be moved to Sunday if racing is canceled on Saturday.

Weather Changes during the Event Date
If the weather changes unexpectedly, the following protocol will be followed:
- Change of course direction and schedule, including possible delay or cancellation.
- Communicate the change to team leads and broadcast across the venue.
- If delay or cancellation is required immediately, boats will be called off the water.
- If delayed- athletes should take shelter in vehicles and team buses. Some cabin space is reserved for emergency shelters.
- If canceled- teams will be instructed to pack up and depart at 5:00 p.m.
