The City of Burnaby has just re-opened their spectator viewing platform. Come watch in person and cheer your teams on.
Parking
Event parking is available at Burnaby Lake East Field #10, 4102 Sperling Ave, Burnaby with access to lakeside race viewing through South Side Trail. There is NO vehicle access to the Burnaby Lake Rowing Pavillion lot.

Training
The course will be open for the training times as noted below.
*Coach boats have been made available by the host OC. All users must have a boater’s license.
Training Times
Thur/Fri – November 9 & 10th 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sat/ Sun – November 11 & 12th 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM
Registration ALL ATHLETES MUST REGISTER with a valid form of picture id.
Team registration will be held Friday November 9 from 10 am -12 pm and from 2pm to 4pm at BLRC.
(Registration will also be held Sat. from 7:30 am to 8:15 am at BLRC)
Banquet
The awards banquet will be held at the Hilton Metrotown at 6 PM on Sunday, November 12th.
Weigh In
A test scale will be available in the BLRC starting Friday, Nov. 10th at 9:00 am for lightweight athletes and coxswains.
Sat/Sunday weigh in will open at 7:30 am -8:30 am for LW and 8:00 am - 9:00 am for LM
Coxies - 55kg
LW - 59kg
LM - 72.5kg
Team Tents
There will be limited space for team tents along the south side of the viewing platform. Team will be limited to a
maximum 10’x10’ tent.
