The Haxton is a USRowing sanctioned event. Therefore, all teams must be organizational members in good standing and athletes must have an individual membership. Athletes 18 years of age must also have completed SafeSport inorder to compete. USRowing online waivers are required. Paper waivers will not be accepted. Teams with missing waivers will not receive their Bow Marker packets. NO EXCEPTIONS.
“B” entries are only permitted in the V2x, V4x, 4th V8+, 5th V4+, 2nd Novice 8+ and 3rd Novice 4+ events.
Scratch window will be open on Regatta Central until 10pm on Thursday prior to race day. Teams scratching after the deadline will be subject to a $25 fee payable to UA Crew, Inc. at Registration in the Lashutka Center. Payment is due prior to racing. Scratches due to medical conditions will be exempt.
Coaches should not plan to use any rowers/equipment in events that are less than 90 minutes apart.
