Important Reminders

• Footwear such as crocs or water shoes/sandals are required for all rowers when entering and exiting their boats. Barnacles are sharp and can cut feet!

• If possible, we prefer boat trailers to arrive on Saturday, March 18.

• Clubs need to bring their own bow numbers.

• All crews getting ready to launch must check in with the beachmaster to check bow balls and heel ties, bow numbers, and for proper foot wear for entering and exiting the water.

• All scratches or disputes need to be communicated by coaches (not rowers or parents) to the announcer tent, who will then get in touch with the appropriate people.  

• Because there are no indoor facilities, please bring extra warm clothes and blankets that are appropriate for the weather. There are no changing areas available, including the Honey Buckets (porta-potties). 

• Due to limited space, no personal tents are allowed. Club tents are to be set up on the northwest end of the parking area.

• Overflow parking is at Camp Burton.

• The awards tent will be handing out medals and ribbons between noon-4pm.

• We are following the COVID guidance outlined by King County.
