Update 6/30 - Deadlines approaching!

We're looking forward to seeing you all at Capital Sprints this year.  Just a heads up on deadlines.  July 3rd is close of standard registration.

Update (5/29)

Happy Memorial Day weekend friends.  We hope everyone is enjoying the weekend and staying safe out there!  We have a few additional updates:

• Event list and prices are posted.  Yes they have gone up as have our costs for just about everything.
• Deadlines are set.  We open at 12:00AM on 6/10.
• Please register early as possible and be mindful of the scratch deadline.  We will not issue refunds to entries scratched after that deadline.

May Regatta Update

Hello Everyone - we're getting ramped up for this year's full running of Capital Sprints.  Get excited.  We certainly are!  Here are a few quick updates for you as you plan.

• We will run a full event with masters, club, novice, juniors and adaptive.  We'll go the full day this year and everyone is welcome to attend.  The course will be narrowed to 4 lanes to safely run races at all tide levels.  We want to be safe and know you do to.  
• We are closely monitoring the recent surge in new COVID cases.  We will have updated guidance for everyone coming to Capital Sprints once we get closer to the event.  For now, we hope you all stay healthy and safe so you can enjoy the rowing season.
• We have not set the event list yet, but will do so by June 3rd.  Expect a full list of events as noted above.
• Registration will open NLT June 10th for you early bird, planner types.  We know the rest of you won't register until much closer to the event.  We ask that you please register by the closing deadline so we have time to set the schedule and minimize rework with late entries. 
• As a reminder, we have space for trailers but we will need to know ahead of time if you are bringing a trailer or riding with another club.  You can email us at [email protected]
