UPDATE: Coach & Coxswain Meeting: The meeting will take place IN PERSON on Saturday, 7:00 AM, at the Launch Docks.

Will there be a practice window on Friday evening? Unfortunately, due to the set up of the regatta course & venue on Friday we are unable to offer a practice window.  We will research the possibility of offering this at future regattas.

Is handicaped parking available? Yes. Cars displaying handicap identification will be permitted to park in the Walnut/Sunbury Road Parking Lot as space allows.  Shuttle service will also be available from the remote parking area at Westerville North High School.

Are the team tent areas assigned or first come, first served?  Individual team tent areas are not pre-assigned within the team tent zone. We ask that teams be courteous of the space and their neighbor teams. Detailed maps can be found on the Venue Tab.

Where can food and rowers be dropped off?  Due to traffic flow and safety concerns, there is to be no food or rower drop off in the staff/vendor parking areas at the central venue.  Food may be dropped curbside along Sunbury Road and Rower drop off is located just north of the Traffic signal at Sunbury & Walnut. Food may also be dropped off at the Goldsmith lot just south of the tent  area, however only cars with a parking permit will be allowed to park in this area.
