UPDATE #1 2/27

Thank you for entering and thank your for your patience! I've accepted all but 2 waitlist requests at this point, and opened your registration to enter your waitlisted boats if you had them. Please enter those by tonight!  As I finish the schedule today I will evaluate the final 2 waitlisted boats.

Lineups-- I've extended the lineup deadline through Wednesday night. Please make any necessary edits as quickly as possible and at least ensure all of your athletes are represented for compliance. 

Compliance-- Please keep track of your your NOARA waivers especially. Athletes without a waiver should not participate. For the TARA waivers, the link is corrected to accept new waivers for anyone who needs it. I will ONLY send you a TARA report if I see you are missing waivers from your lineups. 

Trailer Arrival-- I will be assigning spaces again as that really helped for Fall Sprints. I will send out assignments asap. In the meantime, please let me know ASAP specifically if you plan to arrive on Friday by via text or email. 

Friday Practice-- Unfortunately we are not able to permit a Friday practice session. ONLY trailers/tow vehicles should drive into the grass area. 

Parking-- Only 1 tow vehicle and 2 hospitality vehicle per team can park at Harney Park. Passes will be sent later this week. Offsite parking is also available at SWFMD (walking distance) and King High School (shuttles provided 6am-6pm). Asking your athletes to carpool as much as possible will help everyone!

Trash-- Please bag your trash and take it to the dumpster in the trees as needed. If you need additional trash bags, we will have them at the finish line. Please do not leave overflowing, open piles of trash or any other trash scattered through the site. 

Lastly, Volunteers!-- Launch Drivers and Stakeboat holders! We will refund/ credit money back to you for good volunteers--- Launch Driver=$50 per half day; Stakeboat holder= $50/ shift. Simply send me an email outlining what you can provide, preferably by Thursday night.
