The regatta and referees will follow the USRowing Rules of Rowing.
All teams are required to abide by the rules and eligibility of participant programs and athletes as stated in the MPSRA By-Laws.
All coxswains and scullers are expected to have the skills and abilities outlined in the MPSRA Coxswain Standards.
