Teams can be 1, 2 or 4.  They can be any combination of genders identities.

NEW! This year, we are inviting Team JL Ambassadors at a special rate of $35.00 for the 1x event and $100 for the 4-person event.  In return, we ask that they tag and broadcast live their erg marathon from all over the world.  For the 4-person event, we just ask that at least one member is a JL Ambassador.
