October 15th update (excerpt from the email sent to head coaches &amp; university reps today):

 The regatta technical meeting will be 1 hour before racing begins each day, at Control Commission, and will be short and sweet as things are all clearly outlined in the Rule &amp; Regulations and the Bulletin(s) but we will still gather for any updates. 
 WEATHER PROTOCOL NOTE:&nbsp; Chief Umpire Louise Hastings and I will meet on the Thursday to review the weather forecast.&nbsp; If it’s necessary to make drastic changes to the schedule due to weather, as we have had to do several times in the last few years, we will make that call by 7PM Thursday and convene an emergency meeting for 8PM at the course to discuss.&nbsp; Please have your contingency plans ready and also warn your athletes – we’ve been through this several times now, so we should all be familiar with the options.&nbsp;

 <li>Entries close tomorrow at midnight.&nbsp; If you chose the Pay Later option, an invoice will be sent to you.</li>

 <li>PLEASE DOUBLECHECK THAT EVERYONE IS REGISTERED AND ACTIVE WITH RO &amp; RCA!&nbsp; Entries will not be accepted if they include unregistered participants.&nbsp;</li> 
 <li>Photo ID is &nbsp;required at Control and weigh-ins at this regatta.&nbsp; Now is the time to remind your athletes so no one is prevented from racing!</li>
