FINAL LANE DRAWS

These will be posted early afternoon.  There are very few changes at this time.

WEATHER

We are expected to have high winds today, but very light winds on Saturday, which is good news.  If you have a parent group planning on setting up tents today, please advise them to hold off until Saturday morning due to the high wind gusts.  We should have a calm but chilly start, and do expect precipitation by the end of our race day.

BUS PARKING

For those few teams with a bus dropping off the athletes, we will have them unload in the circle again, but once unloaded have the buses park on the drive near the team boat trailers.  Our parking folks will direct bus drivers.

VENDORS ON SITE

We will again have our T-SHIRT vendor, Earthbound, on site for the day, with multiple designs and reasonably priced.

We will have 3 FOOD TRUCKS on site on Saturday ..... (El Caribe, Kool Breeze and....... Chick Fil-A)

Please support all of these vendors and enjoy the food and swag.

ENTRY DEADLINES

This is a reminder of the dealine for entry -April 22, 11:59PM.  Any teams with questions regarding entries or rules should contact Todd Fischer at [email protected]

TRAILER PARKING

Reminder that once boats are unloaded, trailers will need to be moved to the trailer staging area.  This will ensure we keep the boat and athletes areas wide open a safe for our athletes and teams throughout the event.

BOW MARKERS

All teams will be required to use their own bow markers for this event.  Please be sure to pack with your equipment. 

TEAM ARRIVAL

Friday April 26, 2019  Teams may arrive at Riverside Park to Set Up between 3:00 - 7:00pm.  All Team Tents must be placed on the Tent Row area.  Boats, Trailers, and Equipment Trailers will all have designated staging areas.  Riverside Park gates will be locked at sunset.

ABSOLUTELY NO PRACTICE ON WATER OR USE OF RETURN/LAUNCH DOCKS ON FRIDAY - all teams must bring boats via trailer.

Race Times - (Subject to change)

      6:30am - Park Opens for parking.

      7:15am - Headquarters Opens

      8:00am - Coaches & Coxwain Meeting

      8:30am - First Race

There will be a 3 entry per team limit for all races.

WAIVERS

Please see the waivers page for information on the Waiver that must be presented in order for athletes to compete.

REGISTRATION

Registration - Regatta registration will be open from 4/16 thru 4/22.

Waivers - Please note that the US Rowing waiver can not be used for this year's regatta.  The new waiver is available in the Registration section.

Entry Fee Payment - All entry fees must now be paid at time of entries
