WEATHER DRAW 2018 FINAL (Posted Oct 25 10:13pm)

IMPORTANT UPDATE (Thurs Oct 25th 9:45pm)

As discussed at the Coaches Meeting, due to forecasted weather conditions (particularly wind) we will be following the Weather Action Plan as outlined in the EAP (posted below).  Here is a summary of what was discussed:

• The regatta schedule will be compressed to a one-day regatta.
• The order of events will be VARSITY HEATS then DEVELOPMENT FINALS then VARSITY FINALS
• Varsity heats will run at 7 minute centres
• Development races will run at 7 minute centres -- Devo races that originally had heats will have heats ONLY and final placing will be based on TIME
• Varsity finals will run at 15 minute centres, with B finals (when applicable) 5 minutes after the A Final in that same event
• WEIGH INS will be as follows:
  • For varsity lightweights and coxswains racing in heats: 7:14am-9:44am
  • For varsity lightweights and coxswains racing in straight finals 11:24am-1:54pm

When submitting entries, please first click "Affiliate Fees" in the Register tab to register for the appropriate fee category.  Then return to "Events" to register for individual events as normal. 

All participating teams are reminded to please review the Registration Reminder for OUA-Affiliated Rowing Programs from ROWONTARIO (August 27th, 2018)

• OUA Eligibility Deadline - October 15th, 2018 (submit to andrea@rowontario.ca)
• Regatta Registration Deadline - October 17th, 2018
