Volunteer Sign-up sheets will be posted on the web and in the boathouse in June.
Placement preferences are on a first come first serve basis. Please note that some
positions may require experience.

Join the Regatta Committee


The Regatta Committee is responsible for the planning and execution of the annual
Cromwell Cup Regatta. The Cromwell Cup Regatta is a 1,000 meter race that takes place
on the Powerhouse Stretch of the Charles River in the summer.

The Regatta Committee is made up of 15-20 volunteers. As a member of the committee,
you are required to attend mandatory weekly committee meetings (May - July) in
preparation of the regatta. Each volunteer can expect anywhere from 2-6 hours of
volunteer work (varies by job position) leading up to the regatta.

Regatta Committee members are required to be at the boathouse for set-up the day prior
to the regatta as well as all day the day of the event.
