The GRRA is pleased to once again partner with the West Michigan Sports Commission by having the Grand Regatta double as the rowing event for the 2nd annual State Games of Michigan. Please check out the State Games website at www.stategamesofmichigan.com for information about this exciting event!
We are also very happy to announce the first annual 'Eights for Hope' event, which will take place during the regatta. All entry fees for the following races will be donated to the Van Andel Institute in support of their groundbreaking research efforts to find cures for cancer:
- Women's Recreational 8+
- Men's Recreational 8+
- Mixed Recreational 8+
- Mixed Open 8+
Additionally, participants are encouraged to raise pledges for the event. Crews raising $400 or more will receive bonus items commemorating support of this worthy cause!
