This regatta is registered with USRowing and only accepts the once-a-year USRowing waiver. 

Online Submission for both US and International athletes: 

1. Go to https://membership.usrowing.org or forward this link to all participating athletes
2. To submit the annual USRowing waiver, athletes need to Join or Renew as a Basic or Championship member of USRowing
3. New members will be assigned an USRowing member number upon completion of the Join process
