Every competitor must have completed and signed a 2013 Milwaukee River Challenge Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement. There are separate forms of this document for persons 18 years of age and older and persons under 18. For persons under 18, the appropriate form MUST BE SIGNED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
