IMPORTANT WAIVER INFORMATION

Waivers must be signed prior to competing in an event. Anyone
under 18 years of age must also have a parent or guardian signature
or he/she will not be allowed to compete.

Please bring signed waiver to the event or you can mail it ahead of time to:
