RACE INFO: This year Capital Sprints year will return to a full event with open, masters, novice, juniors and adaptive events.  We will run five lanes, have food trucks, medals, and loads of fun seeing old friends and making new ones!

We have a large parking area for up to ten trailers plus shoreline viewing of the last 250m of the race course.

The Coaches and Coxwain meeting will be at 7:00 am near the information table.  First race at 8am.
 

RACE CATEGORIES: All races will be 1000 meters.  We will run masters, novice, juniors and adaptive events.

REQUESTS: 1) Please bring your own bow numbers if at all possible; 2) to cut down on plastic waste, pelase bring reusable water bottles.  We have potable water on-site.
 

PARKING: Overnight trailer parking is available for crews arriving on Friday, July 8th. Please see the directions and parking section for more information.

Please ask your athletes to park at the Maritime Parking Lot in the UPPER LOT (1201 M Street SE). Download, print, and display this parking permit. We will have a shuttle running all day from the lot to the boathouse and back to the lot (it is also just under a mile walk to the boathouse from the lot if you want a warm up).

Once you have parked your trailer, please move your trucks to the Maritime lot to make room for clubs to move boats around.
