Registration Guidelines

Standard Registration opened on September 23. Standard Registration is application only. The regatta is limited to 475 entries so we accept applications as existing entries are scratched. The number of applications we can accept is based on the number of scratches we receive. If you would like to swap an entry you have for a new entry, make an application for the new entry and email hotl@lakewashingtonrowing.com with your request. We will scratch the old entry, accept the new and apply the fees from the old entry to the new entry. Standard registration will close on October 25. Not all boats who make application during the standard reservation will be accepted. Boats are accepted based on the number of scratches we receive.

Early Registration is closed. It opened Monday September 9th at 12:00PM PDT and ran through September 23rd at 12:00PM PDT. Registration is by application. All events are open for application during the Early Registration period and all may apply during that period. All Collegiate entries are guaranteed as long as application is made before September 23rd. The top 50% of Junior and Master and Open finishers from 2018 will receive a guaranteed entry but still must apply before September 23rd to receive the guarantee. Junior 1x, Master 1x, Open 1x, Master 2x, Open 2x and Parent/Child 2x crews from 2018 must be identical to the 2019 crews to guarantee the entry. All other guaranteed entries belong to the club and can have different crews including the Junior 2x. 2019 Guaranteed Entry List by Event and 2019 Guaranteed Entry List by Club

Masters guaranteed entries are not restricted to a specific age-group within an event. If you finished in the top 50% of your age-group, you are eligible to make an entry in that event without regard to age-group.

Junior 1x, Master 1x, Open 1x, Master 2x, Open 2x and Parent/Child 2x crews from 2018 must be identical to the 2019 crews to guarantee the entry. Note that this restriction is not enforced at time of entry but will be enforced at time of acceptance. If you are registering in one of these 6 events, do not select the guaranteed application if the line-up does not match the 2018 line-up.

Non-guaranteed entries will go in a queue and we will accept entries from the Early Registration queue on September 23rd beginning at 12:00PM PDT.

The scratch deadline for early entries is Monday September 23 at Noon. Early Entries scratched after September 23 at midnight PDT will not receive a refund.
