We will host the awards ceremony in line with the following times. This will be a rolling ceremony to accomodate everyone's schedules.

7– boat races require shutting the entire course down and do not allow crews to travel to the start until each race has gone by. Events 45 and 64 are the only 7-boat races, as there were only 7 entries submitted at the close of registration. Those two events have been moved to the end of the first racing period (before lunch).

July 17 - 4:30 p.m. Due to the deteriorating weather conditions, the remainder of today's schedule has been cancelled. Progressions in the remaining events will be seeded based off of yesterday's time trial. A final schedule will be posted by tonight at 8:00 p.m.

July 17 - 3:15 p.m.  Due to the weather conditions and upcoming thunderstorms, we are suspending racing and launching of all crews. We will reassess and send an update on 4:30 p.m.

Race Week Updates

IMPORTANT: Due to weather, the remainder of practice is cancelled for Monday, July 12.

7/15/21:

Here is a reminder of the finalized practice schedule, assuming that the schedule does not require editing. Docks close for launch 30 minutes prior to the end of practice

Friday - 7:15 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Saturday - 7:15 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Weigh-in Update - We will no longer be following the FISA weighing rules originally listed in the entry packet. Athlete and coxswain weigh-ins will follow the USRowing weights. We will not be taking boat average.

Come and join USRowing CEO, Amanda Kraus, from 6-8 p.m. for a meet and greet at the College Fair tent in Vendor Village by the finish line. There will be an ice cream truck available if you would like to enjoy some cold treats!

USRowing will no longer be requiring boat weigh-ins for U17, U19 and U23 events at the 2021 USRowing Summer National Championships. All open events (including the open - trials events) will continue to have boat weigh-ins and will follow the stated procedure/schedule in the entry packet. (7/7)

COLLEGE FAIR

If you are a rising senior (high school class of 2022), you are invited to come to the 17th Annual College Fair at USRowing Summer Nationals at Cooper River Park. It will take place 10 AM to 2 PM on Thursday 7/15 and Friday 7/16. There will be 50+ collegiate rowing programs and coaches from across the country.

In order to attend, you will need to be an active member of USRowing (Basic + Regatta Package or Championship). You will also need to be done with racing for the day, and dismissed by your coach.
