Refunds:will be provided to all cancelations requested before the Standard Registration Deadline of February 12th. Cancellations after the Standard Registration Deadline will be refunded less a $15 Scratch fee.
Personal Record Requirements
The following are valid Prior 2K times:
| 1. Listed in the Men’s / Women’s Historical 2K Times on the CIRC site 2. 2K time submitted by your coach via Regatta Central Registration or 3. Verified 2K time posted on the Concept2 Logbook or 4. 2K time submitted by your coach or Personal Trainer (#3 & 4 require submitting the PR Certification form) |
The fastest time from any one of the above take precedence.
CIRC Record and PR Challenge Cash Awards
All Cash Awards earned by any Junior or Collegiate althlete will be donated to their affiliated team.
PR Challenge Fine Print
Fine Print:
Records apply to 2K, 10K or 1K Adaptive races only
Only one PR Challenge award per competitor.
Your Age Is Calculated on the Date of Competition.
Winners 23 or under, the PR Award will be a donation to your team
USA/World Records are those meeting the following criteria:
• Rankings posted on the Concept 2 site certified as ‘Race’ through February 25th 2018
• 2018 CRASH-B results held on Feb. 25th. Your record must hold after this event.
Race judge must read the competitors Performance Monitor to certify records.
Prize money will be issued by check no later than March 31st , 2018.
Disputes must be posted within 72 hours of CIRC2018 via registered mail or Email.
By Registering for CIRC2018 PR Challenge on Regatta Central all competitors agree to accept and abide by the above rules and conditions.
