Please Note:  This regatta is using USRowing Rules of Rowing for Handicaps where if all rowers in the event are in the same age category, then the handicap is zero.  If there is a heat (i.e. men's Veteran 1x) with multiple age categories in the same flight, it is handicapped.  If you don't see your handicap on your flight, check to see if you are all in the same age group.
