GENERAL INFORMATION

Please book your hotel reservations early and plan to be at the regatta as early as possible as traffic will be slow after 10am, there is a big tennis tournament final in Key Biscayne.

Parking will cost $10 per car, no exceptions, please inform you rowers and their families, the proceeds are used to help defray the costs of the event.

Please coordinate with Coach Cesar and let him know your arrival time and space needs ahead of time. The parking procedure and access Friday will be slightly different than last year.

Please note that you can feed your rowers and their family but you cannot sell food or drinks.

Do not use glass containers

There will be a City of Miami fire marshall on site. Barbecues, open fires, must be located outside the tents and cordoned off from the public. A fire extinguisher must be available.

There will be a fee off $100 per barbecue to cover Fire Marshall costs. Be prepared to pay on site.
