The Head of the James will be conducted under USRA Rules. There is a mandatory Coaches, Scullers, and Coxes meeting at 8:30 AM. First boat in at 8:50 AM and racing will commence at 9:30 AM. The Event List comprises Junior and Masters events to be raced. The Heat Sheet will provide approximate launch times on race day. Masters races will be handicapped by age. Any Masters sculler or boat not providing the participants' ages during registration will not receive a handicap the day of the race.
