Where can I view the C&A meeting recording and course video?

The coaches and athletes meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 7 pm via ZOOM.  The ZOOM address will be posted here at a later date.  The meeting will be recorded and the link posted here as well.

When will there be practice?

Teams can practice on Friday, March 21, from 12-5 pm.  The last boat may launch no later than 4:30 pm and must be off the water by 5 pm.

What if I need to scratch a boat or if I do not show up for a race?

If a team scratches a boat before March 17, there is no scratch fee.  If a team scratches a boat on or after March 17, there is a $50/boat scratch fee.  If a boat does not show up for a race, there is a $50/boat no show fee.  In both cases (scratch after the deadline and no show), the entry fee will be forfeited as well.  Fees must be paid by cash or check before the team can compete in the next race.

What type of start will there be?

The venue anticipates having a stake boat start, but competitors should be aware that weather conditions can affect installation of stake boats.

Where can I view the races?

There is shore viewing at 600 m, 1000 m, 1250 m, and at the finish line either on short or on viewing docks.  No spectators are allowed on the finish line tower.

Where can I park?

Shell trailers are allowed at the venue beginning 8 am Friday, March 21.  Arrivals before that must make other arrangements for parking.  There will be security at the venue from 6 pm Friday night through 6 am Saturday morning.

Please reference venue map for parking.  All teams who are bringing shell trailers must contact the Registration Director by email ([email protected]) to plan for parking (provide number of shells and size trailer).

Where can I have food delivered?

Food deliveries can be made to 113 Langley Dam Road, but teams must arrange with food providers for pickup.

Where and when can we set up our team tents?

Team tents can be set up on the dam by the start line, and depending on space, by the shell trailers.
