When is registration due: Tuesday, October 8, 2024
When do trailers have to arrive: Trailers must arrive on Friday, October 25, 2024 between 7:00 AM & sunset. The park will close at dusk (sunset is at 6:15pm) - No Saturday arrivals will be allowed!
Can I come into the park drop off supplies: No, we will have the Park & Ride as the designated drop off and pick up location. We will have golf carts to help shuttle patrons and supplies into the park.
Can we bring pop up tents: No, pop up tents are not allowed. Teams may purchase a team tent by filling out the online webform: Team Information Form
When is team check in:
Friday, October 25th from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the Aquatic Center office
Saturday, October 26th from 6:15 AM - 10:00 AM at the Finish Line Tent
Can I practice: Yes, practice will be Friday, October 25th from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Last launch is set at 4:15 PM.
If there a regatta Meeting: Yes, Saturday, October 26th at 7:15 AM at the Finish Line Tent
