To reach Sandy Run, take I-95 south of the Beltway, exit at Lorton Road, turn right on Lorton, turn right on Furnace Road, right again on Ox Road (Route 123), left on Hampton Road, turn left on Van Thompson and follow it to the park entrance.

The area below the C/D Lot barrier has been designated an athlete/coaches/staff zone only, as has the Point: No spectators. 

Teams may set up tents, but the athletes and coaches will be responsible for the set up and the provision of food and drinks.

Off Site Parking:

There is No Spectator Parking at Sandy Run. All spectator Parking is at: 

South County High School

8501 Silverbrook Rd

There will be shuttle buses running between South County High School and C Lot at Sandy Run. The shuttles will begin at 7:00 am (2 hours before the first race) and conclude running from Sandy Run NLT 1 hour after the last race. The cost of the shuttles is $10 one way, you can either purchase a round trip ticket for $20 or pay for each leg of the trip. If you purchase a round trip ticket at South County retain it for the return trip. Tickets or cash is collected prior to boarding the bus in C Lot for the return trip.

Athletes in uniforms may ride the shuttle at no cost.

Drop Off/Pick Up: There will be a coned area of D Lot for athlete and spectator drop off and pick up. Please Carpool.

Onsite Parking:

There is no fee for onsite parking.

Athlete Parking: Athletes will park in Loisvale Lot. 

Athlete parking is limited at Sandy Run. Athletes are highly encouraged to carpool with other athletes. Athletes driving themselves may drive solo, but are not allowed to park onsite with any non-athlete passengers, unless there is at least one additional athlete in the car as well.

Coaches Parking: Coaches will park in the designated area of D Lot. 

Staff /LOC Parking: B Lot, second row from the back.

Referee Parking: B Lot, back row.

Volunteer Parking: D Lot.

Handicapped Parking: C Lot as designated.
