Where can I view the C&C meeting recording and course video?

This will be held via ZOOM meeting on Wednesday, November 6, at 7 pm.  The link is listed under the NEWS tab.

What awards/trophies are we competing for?

Tim Jannik Overall Points Trophy 

Collegiate Overall Points Trophy, High School Overall Points Trophy

Fastest Mens Single, Fastest Womens Single

Fastest Mens Double, Fastest Womens Double

Fastest Mens Masters Quad, Fastest Womens Masters Quad

Fastest Mens Eight, Fastest Womens Eight

Awards will be presented at the end of racing (approximately 4:15pm) at the Registration building.  Awards that are not picked up will not be mailed.  A representative of the team must sign that they have received the award.

Where can I view the races?

Spectating areas are available throughout the main venue. Other great vantage points are the 5th St. Pedestrian Bridge, Riverwalk and Amphitheater in downtown Augusta, and the Greenway in North Augusta (near SRP Park).

Where can I park?

Spectator parking is available outside the venue along Reynolds St. and Prep Philliips Drive.

Where can I have food delivered?

You may have food delivered to the Reynolds/East Boundary entrance.

Where and when can we set up our team tents?

Team tents will be located above the boathouse (near Reynolds St. entrance). You may begin setting up the team tents at NOON on Friday, November 8th. Space is on a first come, first served basis, but please keep in mind that you need to keep your footprint contained. You may also put team tents on top of the levee. Volunteers will be on site to assist.

Will vendors be on site?

Yes, we will have several vensdors on site. FIne Design will be on site with Official HOTS merchandise. Other vendors to be announced at a later date.

What happens if the regatta is canceled?  Will I be refunded my entry fees?

The HOTS will refund 50% of entry fees should the regatta be canceled.  This is to offset costs that will incurred regardless.
