DSMR is a masters regatta. All competitors--except coxswains and daughters and sons in the parent/child 2x's--must be 21 years or older to compete.
All competitors, including coxswains and children in parent/child 2x's, must be USRowing basic or champ members and have a current USRowing wavier on file. Competitors competing as "unaffiliated" must be champ-level members. All other competitors must belong to a club that is an organizational member of USRowing.
