The River City Rebellion is a unique competition for Junior, Open, Masters and Para Men and Women of all abilities to race against each other over 1,000 Meters.  For the first time, the 2024 Rebellion will include a Big Boat Tournament for fours, quads and eights in addition to the traditional Small Boat Tournament for singles, pairs and doubles.  All boats will race 3 times.  The first round of racing will be a time trial.  The handicapped results of round one will be used to seed the second round heats.  The placements in the second round heats will be used to seed the third round finals.  Boats will be handicapped by age, sex and boat type.  The second round heats and third round finals will use staggered starts based upon the handicaps. 

Athletes may only enter in one boat in either the small boat tournament or the big boat tournament, not both.  Boats and equipment may not be shared with other entries.  Entry fees include three rounds of racing for all participants.

The 2024 Rebellion Small Boat Tournament Round 1 Time Trial seeding will first be based upon the final round raw times of boats returning from the 2023 Rebellion, click HERE for the 2023 finish order.  Boats that did not race in the 2023 Rebellion will be seeded after the returning boats based upon the 2024 Rebellion Handicaps with the boats with the lowest handicaps starting first.
