1. When is the coaches and coxswains meeting?
   The C&C meeting will take place virtually at 8pm on 4/27/22. Zoom information will be distributed to call coaches.
    
2. Can we practice on Saturday?
   There will be LIMITED availability for practice on Saturday due to another regatta being held at Lake Q. Please contact Regatta Director, Linda Muri, for additional information on practice.
    
3. When can I arrive at the venue?
   Trailers arriving before 7:00pm on Saturday can stage at the Donahue Rowing Center (DRC). After Regatta Point has been cleared, trailers may relocate to Regatta Point for staging (approximately 7:00 pm) Regatta point will be cleared and gates locked at 8:00 pm on Saturday (noe xceptions). The park will re-open at 6:00 a.m. on race day.
    
4. When do coxswains weigh-in?
   Coxswains will weigh in at the Donahue Rowing Center on Saturday, 4/30 between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. 
    
5. When do lightweight weigh-ins take place?
   Programs with Certified Calibrated Scales may weigh-in at a location of their choosing on Saturday, 4/30 between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Teams MUST submit their weigh-in record via the below google excel doc.
