Mandatory Land Mask Requirement

• Mandatory on Land
  • Mandatory on land at all times (even when physically distanced from others)
  • Mandatory for all individuals (Regardless of age or vaccination status)
  • Mandatory until shoving / upon return to the docks for Athletes
• Athletes
  • Coxswains must remain masked on the water
  • Stern-loaded coswains must also wear face shields
  • Rowers can remove masks after shoving from the dock
  • Masks must be worn upon return to the dock
    • This included the medal dock - all athletes, even those shoving from their own docks will be required to wear masks on the medal dock. 
    • If an athlete forgets or breaks their masks, additional disposable masks will be available.

No Spectators

• A core element of the City of PHiladelphia's approval for Stotesbury was "No Spectators". 
• This includes all areas surrounding the race course
• Teams risk exclusion for non-compliance

Health Liasion

• The health liasion must be identified for each team
• This does not need to be a medical professional
• This will be required to fill out registration

Transportation & Parking

• Team transportation (via a passanger van or bus) is preferred
• Droff Off/Pick Ups are allowed
• There is no parking allowed within Fairmount Park

No Food or Beverage Sales

• No Vendors will be on site to sell food or beverages
• Athletes & Coaching Staff should come prepared with any food or beverage needs as we will not be able to provide or sell any items this year.
