Get on the Ben Franklin Parkway and head toward the Philadelphia Art Museum in the distance. As you approach the Museum-on your left side-is a traffic light. Bear right and look for Kelly Drive signs. Kelly Drives runs along the north side of the Museum. On your right will be another traffic light and a gold equestrian statue of St. Joan of Arc. Moving onward you will see on the right another traffic light and a tall statue of a seated President Lincoln. Ahead on your left is a series of Victorian Architecture structures (Philadelphia’s famed Boathouse Row). Go past these for about two miles when a white Police barricade will appear.
