Rule Changes:

-Double Rowing prohibition has been removed

Schedule Changes:

-Adding Masters races to Saturday

-All Sculling to Saturday

-Sweeping moved up on Sunday to 9 AM

-Schedule adjusted to more easily accommodate double rowing

Course Changes:

-Novice Sweeping will race the Full Course

-Novice 1x's will race new short course, Rt. 9 to DRC
