Directions: To reach Sandy Run, take I-95 south of the Beltway, exit at Lorton Road, turn right on Lorton, turn right on Furnace Road, right again on Ox Road (Route 123), left on Hampton Road, turn left on Van Thompson and follow it to the park entrance.

There is a fee required to park at Sandy Run on a Regatta day; this charge will vary depending on the event sponsor. For High School Scholastic regattas this fee will be $20. Please car pool and save money.

Boat transports, support trailers and buses are exempt from the parking fees.

Our Off Site parking location is:  1325 Old Bridge Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22192. This is the commuter lot (formerly Heckinger's) at the intersection of Old Bridge and Gordon Blvd (Rt. 123). The lot is opposite the Prince William Marina, 12849 Gordon Blvd, Woodbridge. 

Directions: Follow Hampton Rd back to Rt. 123. Turn south on Rt. 123. Proceed 4.8 miles, crossing the Occoquan River. The parking lot is on the right, the old Hechinger’s location, at the intersection of Rt. 123 and Old Bridge Rd. Turn right onto Old Bridge Rd at the 2nd set of traffic lights after the bridge. The parking lot is on the left.  Parking is free.

It is our intention that a shuttle will leave the off site parking every 30 minutes. There will be an attendant on the shuttles collecting the shuttle fee, which is $5 per person for a round trip. 

Plan for additional travel time, both from the offsite parking and within the park. Our venue is a superb rowing location, but not user friendly for large crowds.

Please, show courtesy to each other and especially to the volunteer parkers. It is not their fault that the parking lot is full.

 Please look for the signs on the buses and shuttles, more than one group is using school buses.

The VASRA Shuttle buses for the Off Site Lot, which will be school buses, will have labeled signs in the side windows next to the door.
