3/10/20 All boats must launch from Festival Beach and go through Control Commission

3/11/20 Events 101 and 102 will be run during the AM juniors heats on Saturday--there will be enough time between them to race in both events.  Events 201 and 202 will be run during the AM juniors heats on Sunday--there will be enough time between them to race in both events.
