It is with great pleasure that we announce the winner of the 2019 Efficiency Trophy to be Craftsbury Sculling Center, achieving a total of 79 out of 79 points for 100% efficiency. Craftsbury is the second club to achieve 100 % efficiency, preceded by the Knowlton Rowing club in 2018. Congratulations to Craftsbury and all of the clubs who made this year's regatta a great success.

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous annonçons Craftsbury Sculling Center à titre de gagnant du trophée de performance pour l'année 2019. Le club a récolté 79 points sur un total possible de 79, atteignant un rendement de 100%. Craftsbury est le deuxième club à obtenir une performance de 100% après le club Knowlton Rowing Club en 2018. • Pour le premier fois, nous avon l'intention de implementer la système Garrett-Zezza pour tous les categories 27 + avec des participants en categories d'age differents. Veillez consulter section A5 de la guide Règle de course RCA.
• Pour la saison du 2019 et des années futurs, les bateaux doivent avoir des souliers avec liberation rapide. Veillez consulter Veillez consulter section 3.5 de la guide Règle de course RCA.

• For the first time, we will be using the Garrett-Zezza handicap system for all categories of Masters 27 yrs and older where ages vary in the same category. Please refer to appendix A5 in the RCA Rules of racing guide.
• Starting in 2019, all boats used in an RCA sanctioned competion are required to be equipped with quick-release shoes or shoe attachments. Please refer to section 3.5 of the RCA Rules of racing guide.
