Greetings everyone, just a few reminders.

Regarding Waivers & Compliance, waivers are required for all non-Canadian participants, or International Participants. All Canadian participants must be registered with RCA in the WebReg system and have a valid RCA number. Waivers for the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta are covered when registered in RCA’s WebReg system.

Regatta Centrals registration system doesn’t distinguish between Canadian Clubs and International at the time of the submission of the entry, therefore it lists the entry as non-compliant, Canadian Account holders can ignore this component of the registration process. Clubs Waiver status can be checked from your home page once you log into your regatta central account – compliance.

Regarding Coaches, please remember to list all of your coaches on your Roster (no birthdates required). I will remove all but one coach listed on each of the entries, so, if you have listed more than one coach, if you wouldn’t mind removing excess. These names are listed as a quick Island contact in case of broken equipment or the other.

Greetings everyone, your host committee has been very busy making improvements for this year’s Championship Regatta.   I just came back from a venue and course inspection and, I am pleased to report that the course looks as good as ever.

I would like to take this opportunity to reach out to all 2019 Royal Canadian Henley Regatta entrants that registration is open for this year’s historic 137th Championships held on Martindale pond August 06-11.

You will be pleased to be informed that Regatta Central has reverted back to its “Legacy Registration System”

Entries are now pouring in, and, the usual Events are filling up fast. Please take an opportunity to register and enter those events that tend to go oversubscribed to avoid the Waitlist.

Entries/Boating Lineups close Friday July 26th at 23:59 EDT

Preliminary Draw will be publish Thursday August 1st.

*NEW* The Registration System will re-open Friday August 2nd at 12:00 EDT noon for LATE ENTRIES ONLY. A computer will be made available in the Regatta Office, or, feel free make your Late Entries in the comfort of your hotel room/home. This will help reduce the workload of our every friendly Regatta Office Volunteers.

All late entries will be time stamped by the registrar, those that meet the Late Entry Deadline (3:00pm EDT the day prior to the Events first race) will be accepted and/or accepted and entered into the lottery for the unused lanes. Accepted Late Entries will be published online in the Final Draw prior to each day of racing in our Henley Results section of the website.  

Waitlist Policy is still in effect, once the waitlist is depleted, Late Entry Policy will apply. Refunds will be awarded by the registrar to any Late Entry that is not accepted.
