Please note that parking will be $5 and will be STRICTLY enforced by City of Welland bylaw officers! Please do NOT parking anywhere but in the designated parking areas. Vehicles will not be permitted to park with the boat trailers, except for those car-topping singles. Trailers and car-topped singles MUST park on 1 side of the street ONLY to allow room for emergency services if necessary.
