Program Advertising and Sponsorship Information

The Upper Merion Boat Club for Competitive and Recreational Rowing this year celebrates its 22^nd anniversary, bringing world class rowing to the shores of the Schuylkill River in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The Club expects participation of 300 entries, with a total of some 600 competitors from 45 Eastern US Rowing Clubs and over 1,000 spectators. Proceeds from advertising foster and fund existing community, club, and beginner rowing programs.

Event Trophy Sponsorship - $250.00: Includes Presentation of a standard size Trophy, with your inspirational or memorial message and company name engraved, to the winning crew of your choice of Big Boat events (Fours, Quads, Eights or Doubles), and a full page ad in the program.

 Deluxe Trophy Sponsorship - $300.00: Same as above but with a larger Trophy..

 Mini Trophy Sponsorship - $150.00: Same as above but for a Singles or Doubles event, with a one-half page ad in the program and a smaller Trophy.

 Acceptance of sponsorships, gifts, goods, services, and advertisements is subject to approval by the King's Head Regatta Committee.

 Electronic print-ready ad copy and a check made out to UMBCCRR, Inc. should be supplied no later than September 10, 2008. Copy suitable for scanning can be submitted if an electronic version is not available. Please be sure copy is readable when reduced to the size of your ad, as indicated above. All ads are printed in black and white.

TROPHY Sponsorships

Be sure to include the wording to be engraved on the Trophy along with the event to be sponsored. The King's Head Committee will provide the wording for the Event and assign an event if you have no preference.
