We are a gluten free, healthy but flavorful option. We have Vegan (with & without honey), Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Sugar free, Nut free, and dairy free options. We have Drink, Juices, and Desserts all made in house. Our Proteins are Hormone & Antibiotic Free. Whole menu fits very well into a Rower’s dietary needs. In store is fast casual in and out in less than 10 minutes. Catering is for groups as small as 4 people, and can go to infinity. Minimum for delivery is 8 people, there is no Maximum. Pickup or delivery for catering sizes only (no individual bowls). Delivery needs to be in by 9 pm the night before to guarantee delivery (same day orders are not guaranteed). Pickup orders can be ordered as late as 1 hour before time needed (preferably night before like deliveries if able). Can deliver to Benderson Park, or anywhere you would like us to (Anywhere between Ruskin & Venice, and Venice & Naples)
