Please adhere to the following rules:

• All rowers and coxswains must be middle school students.
• Half the rowers in mixed boats must be boys and half girls. Coxswains may be of any gender in any event.
• Rowers may participate in up to two races. Coxswains may enter unlimited races, schedule permitting.
• Rowers entered in an A boat may only row in an A boat in their second race (if any) and not row in a B boat in their second race.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, disrespect for officials, volunteers, competitors, and profanity are contrary to the spirit of the regatta, and may, in the discretion of the Co-Directors, result in boat or team disqualification, loss of medals, or other sanctions.
