Hotel partners are listed on the website.  Participants and spectators are urged to use these hotels only, as they are regatta sponsors and help to keep costs down.

Scratch  If it is necessary to scratch from an event, we prefer that you contact the regatta office rather than scratch on-line.  This will make it possible for us to accommodate the next boat on the wait list. 

Wait List If you find that the race you wish to enter is full, please contact the regatta office in writing with a request to be on the waiting list. Indicate the race in an e-mail to [email protected]

Waivers - Paper waivers, available on the Forms page of the regatta website, are due at on-site check-in. 

Masters Line-ups On-Line - We request that line-ups for teams in masters letter events and the Club Championship be submitted on-line on this website.
