Participating member institutions must supply volunteers to assist throughout the championship.  A volunteer schedule will be sent to each school prior to the championship by the Host Convenor, and must be completed and sent back prior to the race schedule being released.  The number of volunteers will be based upon the number of varsity entries each school submits, based on the following ratios:

• 1-3 varsity entries: 1 volunteer
• 4-8 varsity entries: 2 volunteers
• 9-12 varsity entries: 3 volunteers
• 13-16 varsity entries: 4 volunteers
• 17-20 varsity entries: 5 volunteers

Duties will include boat holding, safety boat drivers, helping with results and posting and information, and other responsibilities yet to be determined. 

UPDATED OCT. 6: A volunteer schedule was emailed to coaches today at 1:45PM.  Volunteer sign-ups are due by October 20th.
