All participants must be certified by their institution as eligible, full-time matriculated students in order to participate in the Atlantic 10 Women's Rowing Championship.
 

Events conducted at the championship include: Varsity 8, Second Varsity 8, Varsity 4 and Third Varsity 8. Institutions may only enter one (1) boat per race in each event. A minimum of three (3) boats must be entered in an event in order for that event to be conducted.

No student-athlete may be doubled within the Varsity 8, Second Varsity 8, or Varsity 4.

Line-ups must be submitted to RegattaCentral by 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday, May 4. Coaches can change the order/seats of student-athletes in a boat after May 4 without approval but cannot change student-athletes between boats without requesting a lineup change through the Championship Games Committee. A waiver would only be granted for student-athletes with a written medical note from a physician stating the student-athlete cannot compete due to illness or injury. Line-ups must remain the same for all prelims and finals races.

Scratches: After the schedule is released, scratches will only be accepted for student-athletes with medical or eligibility concerns or for equipment-related problems. Any scratches after the schedule is released are subject to review and approval by the Championship Games Committee.
