Due to the large number of entries not entered correctly, and changing categories on race day, the timing team has requested that ALL PRE-ENTERED ENTRIES THAT MUST CHANGE CATEGORY ON RACE DAY WILL RACE AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME AND THEIR TIME WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL RESULTS -  but THOSE COMPETITORS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR TOP 10 SHIRTS OR MEDALS.  Please therefore, weigh your rowers well in advance, and clearly explain to them what event they should enter... A novice HS rower would not enter the Open men, for example.  Especially when parents are forced to do the entries for their children, they are not familiar with the weight or age categories.  Perhaps hand them a sample entry sheet, showing what event to enter...

ERGS ARE FOR SALE - This year's price is $1250. (same as last year), and we have 35 new Concept 2 D machines coming in for the regatta, and as of Feb. 25  there are still 6 left for sale!  Contact Nancy Storrs at [email protected] with your address and phone number to  confirm your order and arrange payment.   

ATTENTION - There will be a basketball tournament held the same weekend at Ridley, so parking will be even more of a challenge.  Come early, be prepared to park in the neighborhood (legal parking), and do not park on the grass.  Security and parking assistance will be on site, but they will direct you outside the school grounds if the parking is full. 

REGISTRATION - All athletes must come to registration to pick up their race slips (3 lines - A-F, G-M, N-Z), and then those for weight categories can weigh in.  (Weigh-ins are any time during the day, up until race time.)
